We want you to love your ISSA TURNER pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unworn and unused condition
• Have all garment tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Not have been washed, altered, or damaged
• Be lodged and received within 14 days of delivery

To request a return or exchange, please contact our team at customercare@issaturner.com. We will guide you through the next steps and process your refund or exchange once the original item has been received and approved.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be processed once the original item has been received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item. We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified against our returns policy, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at customercare@issaturner.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order prior to fulfilment or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined above, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to reject any returns that have not been authorised in advance or do not comply with our returns policy.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, all associated shipping costs, including any import duties, customs charges, and return fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
