RETURNS

We want you to love your ISSA TURNER pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item, provided it meets the following conditions:

– Items must be in original, unworn condition with all garment tags intact
– Garments must not have been washed, altered, or damaged
– Returns must be lodged and received within 14 days of delivery

To request a return or exchange, please email our team at customercare@issaturner.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and process your refund/exchange once the original item has been received.

Once your return has been received and verified to our returns policy, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please note, if you choose to return your entire order, the return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our policy or have not been authorised in advance.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, all associated shipping costs, including any import or return fees, will be the responsibility of the customer.
