
GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Shipping is currently available to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. International orders to Asia Pacific and Europe will be shipped via FedEx. Please note, ISSA TURNER isn’t able to cover any duties or taxes that may apply, the freight company will be in touch directly once your order arrives in your country with any customs details. If you would like to place an order from the United States please email our customer care team.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive your shipping notification and tracking number.
Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unable to receive your order, any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, Issa Turner is not responsible for any incorrect information.
Please note: orders are dispatched once all items are available. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your complete order will ship once items are available for shipping. If you would like your orders to come separately, please place separate orders.
