Shipping policy

Shipping is currently available to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. International orders to Asia Pacific, the United States, and Europe are shipped via UPS or Australia Post.

If duties and taxes are collected at checkout, no further charges will apply. If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the shipping carrier will contact you directly once your order arrives in your country with any applicable customs charges.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Your shipping confirmation will include tracking details so you can monitor your order's progress.

Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. If you are unavailable to receive your order, acceptance of the goods by any person at the nominated address will constitute proof of successful delivery.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, Issa Turner cannot be held responsible for incorrect address information.

Please note that orders are dispatched only once all items are available. If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once those items are ready for dispatch. If you would like items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.
